Mrs. Ahonen: Welcome to our class blog! I am Mrs. Brenda Ahonen. This is my twenty first year at Holy Spirit School. I taught kindergarten for fifteen years. I am now in my sixth year of teaching first grade. My husband and I have four children. I enjoy watching my children participate in their various activities. I started running four years ago and have completed three half marathons and completed my first marathon in January of 2013. Our oldest son is married and graduated from law school this past May. My daughter-in-law teaches kindergarten in Greenfield. Our second oldest son is a junior at Indiana University. Our youngest son is a senior in high school and our daughter is in seventh grade this year. I look forward to working with you and your children this year! Let's have a great year! Mrs.Ahonen
